Wedding Congrats!
Congratulations to Dan’s Papers cover artist Daniel Pollera and his family! Valerie Frances Pollera, daughter of Daniel and Nancy Pollera, married Ryan Gompers, son of Susan and Russ Gompers of Bayside, Queens, at Jericho Terrace Mineola this past Saturday, July 7.
Ryan, who studied at East Stroudsburg University and graduated from Queens College, has a degree as a Physical Education teacher and is presently working at Nassau BOCES. Valerie, who also studied at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and at Queens College, has a degree in Hotel Hospitality Management and a teaching degree in Family Consumer Science. Valerie will be starting her new job as a teacher in the Smithtown School District beginning this September. All our best to the happy couple!
