Is This North Sea Property a Really Good Value?

We’re thinking this might be something of interest to a real estate investor. It’s fairly close to the bay, yet offers so much for $1.695 million. With 0.92 of an acre, there’s a spacious house, a pool with brick patio, and even a tennis court. It’s repped by Sharon Kerr at Corcoran.
The house, which is in reasonably good nick, offers four bedrooms and six baths, including a master with jacuzzi and a guest room with a separate steam room. The walk out lower level is also finished. The great room features vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.
If we were buying this as a family home, we’d do some updating, but we think it’s fine as is for a summer rental, and ticks a lot of boxes for an income producer.
