EHAC’s Networking Night

On Friday, June 7, the East Hampton Arts Council held one of its Creative Networking Nights at Golden Eagle Artist Supply’s Studio 144 on North Main Street. Four East End artists shared their passion and their work — photographer Jeremy Dennis from the Shinnecock Nation, who shared cultural insights from an insider’s point of view; author/memoirist/educator Eileen Obser; visual artist Rob Calvert, whose paintings combine political and natural themes; and Karen Simon, “Maker of Things,” whose life as an artist began with childhood creations made from household discarded items.
