Palm Beach Man Wins Presidential Election

Republican Palm Beach resident Donald Trump beat Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris as part of a red wave he helped create on his way to capturing the presidency for a second time.
Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, beat Harris and Gov. Tim Walz in the electoral race 277-224, winning the national popular vote by 51% to 47.5% as of Nov. 6.
“I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve,” Trump said after declaring victory. “This will truly be the golden age of America.”
In the U.S. Senate, the Republicans took the majority 52 to 42, flipping 3 seats. 6 more races are yet to be called.
As of press time, no party has reached the 218-seat threshold for a House majority. The Republicans have 198 House seats and the Democrats have 180 with 57 more races are yet to be called as this issue went to press.
Republican former Gov. Rick Scott beat Democrat Debbie Mucarsel-Powell to be the next U.S. Senator from Florida.
